A quick recap on what products are available:
– Fluoride – This product is an excellent tooth whitener. Fluoride is very safe. It can help with plaque buildup and plaque removal. It can also prevent tooth decay, but it is best to get that by brushing at least every other day. – Toothpaste – For many people, toothpaste is their only toothpaste. This is an expensive product, however, and the most common brand is Crest. – Oral Bicarbonate – This is an alkaline powder that acts as an antiseptic to help reduce the plaque build up on teeth. – Teeth Whitening – You can buy whitening products that contain fluoride, or just about any alkaline powder. – Toothpaste / Toothbrushes – In most cases, toothpaste is a necessity. If you want to whiten teeth, your mouth is your best choice. You can buy toothbrush for the same price as toothpaste. I recommend buying two or three toothbrushes at a time, as you need more than one to get the desired results. Also, most toothbrushes have a suction cup, so you can keep them clean and prevent tooth decay. – Toothpaste – Teeth whitening should not be a problem for your teeth if you use regular toothpaste that doesn't contain fluoride. For that, you can try using toothpaste containing the fluoride-free toothpaste.
